The Bad Guy & Girl: Finally at Rest!
Last night as I was nodding off into the twilight zone a late night RV arrival had some difficulty selecting their site and backing into it. They tried (3) times, complimented with lot’s of yelling and unhappiness shared by all, before finally turning off the engine and those damn lights that lit up my tent.
Forgot to take a picture of last nights camp site, had everything all packed, you get the idea:
Geo's Simulated Tent
Day started off cool, lots of fog, but rather light traffic considering we're in the prime tourist season.

Prairie Creek Redwood National & State Park:

What a Horrible Way to Go!

Why Not Do This Again?

I Crawled Into This tree
I Could Camp in Here
These Guys caused a traffic jam:

Trinidad, CA - stopped for lunch and had best Clam Chowder!

Traveling south I turned off Route 101 onto the Avenue of the Giants, a world-famous scenic drive through redwood groves that is a 31-mile portion of old Highway 101, and parallels it. The ride was outstanding!

Whispering Pines
Wanted to camp on the Albian River but campsite was full. Check some others and the couple that had vacancies lack amenities and were charging a steep price. So Motel 6 tonight and I’ll get to do laundry. Some parking lot attractions:

Model A
'55 Pan Head Harley Davidson - Too Loud!
